How to use the HP Cloud Recovery Tool

Make sure you have backed up all important and personal files.

Make sure you have a black USB drive with at least 32 GB of storage.

Step 9: Wait for the Recovery Manager to finish the process.

Note: When asked if you received a recovery USB flash drive from HP Support, select Skip.

**Step 10:** When you're ready, click **Continue.**

Click the "Continue" button.

Important: Do not remove the USB drive or turn off your computer during this process.

**Step 11:** When the process is complete, click on the “Finish” option to restart your system.
