Your computer is constantly at high risk of data loss.
The most effective way to recover from data loss is to regularly back up your computer and store the backup image file in a physically separate location. Should the need arise, you can simply restore the image with a single click to retrieve any lost files or data.
If you have previously created a disk image with Todo Backup, there are five instances when you might want to restore the backup image, as outlined below:
Case 1: Restore system state.
Case 2: Restoring to dissimilar hardware.
Case 3: Restore disk partitions.
* To perform system recovery on a non-bootable machine, try to boot the computer using the Todo Backup emergency disk.
Step 1. Launch Todo Backup, click "Browse to Recover".
Step 2. Navigate to your backup destination and select the system backup file you need. (The backup file created by Todo Backup tools is a PBD file.)
Step 3. Select the recovery disk. Ensure that the partition style of the source disk and the recovery disk are identical.
Step 4. You can customize the disk layout as per your requirements. Click "Proceed" to initiate system backup recovery.
1. Launch the tool Todo Backup.
2. Choose the backup task to restore. Select the specific folder/file to recover.
