英文:I love you. 中文:我爱你。 (This sentence is already in standard American English, no translation needed.)
Safari records every website you visit. By default, it saves all of your browsing history. In other words, you don't need to change any settings to save your Safari history.
However, your Safari history can still go missing even when it's set to be saved by default, due to accidental deletion or other reasons. How do you recover lost Safari history then? You might want to try the Mac Data Recovery Wizard tool introduced in this article.
Step 1: Search for the missing file
On macOS Sierra, High Sierra, Mojave, Catalina, Big Sur, Monterey, Ventura, and the latest Sonoma, choose the disk location where you want to search for the lost file (it can be an internal HDD/SSD or a removable storage device). Then, click the “Search Lost Files” button.
Note: Before data recovery, it is recommended that you click “Disk Backup” from the left sidebar to back up your Mac to prevent further data loss. After the backup, the software can recover data from the Mac backup, and your computer can overwrite new data.
Step 2: Browse the scan results
Mac Data Recovery Wizard immediately scans the disk volume you select and displays the scan results.
Step 3. Select the files and recover them
Select the files you want to preview from the scan results, and then click the “Recover” button to get them back.
When users delete Safari browsing history, the records are actually removed permanently. At least as far as the user is concerned, there's no way to recover deleted history without a backup. So, the answer is clear: if you had a backup of your Safari browsing history prior to deletion, then you can restore the deleted records; if not, the Safari history you deleted is gone for good.
First, let's explore how to recover deleted Safari browsing history on a Mac. There are two methods available for Mac users, each with certain prerequisites. We will elaborate on these conditions and the steps involved in the sections below.
