Can I transfer game files from my PC to my Xbox One on another computer?

Hello, does anyone know how to transfer important game files from one PC to an Xbox One on another computer? I've recently downloaded quite a few Xbox games on my computer, which is mainly used for watching videos and daily work at home. I have another computer for playing Xbox One games.

So, I'm thinking, wouldn't it be great if I could transfer these files from my current computer to an Xbox One on another machine. If you happen to know how to transfer game files from one computer to another, please help me out.
